Individual Mentor Coaching
Individual Mentor Coaching is for you if you are interested in
- Defining your own learning pace
- Full attention on you and your coaching practice
- The intimacy of a one-on-one collaboration
Mentor Coaching focuses on the coach’s competencies including the coach’s presence. It is a development process for coaches who want to be more effective in their work and refresh their skills. Based on recorded coaching sessions coach and mentor share their feedback regarding the coach’s strengths and growth areas. Targeted actions provide the coach with the tools needed to implement the learning and increase impact.
Mentor Coaching takes place over an extended time to allow for reflection, practice and integration of the learning provided in each session. We use the ICF Core Competence as a reference framework.
As a Mentor Coach I have worked with many coaches and listened to more than thousand coaching sessions. Listening to one’s coaching and receiving feedback might feel vulnerable, yet it is one of the most powerful modalities to hone and refresh your coaching skills and to grow your coaching mastery.
