I’m the founder of Essence Leadership and since 2005 I have worked with thousands of people all over the world as coach, mentor, supervisor and facilitator. It’s fulfilling to me to guide people to more awareness, self-acceptance and better decisions. I’m a Master Certified Coach, a credential that represents the highest level of achievement in coaching and is awarded by the International Coaching Federation.

I have been a faculty member of the Co-Active Training Institute since 2007 where I have supervised and mentored coaches in certification as well as led coach training programs. I’m a member of the International Coaching Federation (ICF) and adhere to their ethical standards

Prior to starting Essence Leadership I was an organizational leader in the software industry in a global setting for 15 years. This included a long-term work assignment in the Silicon Valley in California.

I am German based in Germany. Our programs are in English and German. The sessions are virtual, by video or phone.
