Coaching Supervision provides a collaborative space for coaches to reflect on their client engagements in order to receive support, discuss coaching strategies and maintain their own professional development.

ICF defines coaching supervision as a collaborative learning practice to continually build the capacitiy of the coach through reflective dialogue for the benefit of both coaches and clients.
ICF Crendential holders may submit up to 10 hours of Coaching Supervision as Core Competency credits toward their credential renewal.
